Property and API Data

Our platform collects and processes property data that you input, as well as data retrieved from third-party APIs (such as property data providers, Yelp, Walk Score, school ratings, etc.) to create comprehensive property brochurerandums.

When you use our platform to create brochurerandums, we store the property information, images, and other content you provide to deliver our services. This data is associated with your account and used to generate and maintain your brochurerandums.

We may also collect analytics data about how your shared brochurerandums are viewed and interacted with by your clients and contacts.

ResidentialOM integrates with various third-party APIs and services to provide comprehensive property information. These include property data providers, Yelp for local business information, Walk Score for walkability metrics, school rating services, and other data providers.

When you use these features, your data may be shared with these third-party services to retrieve the requested information. We only share the minimum necessary information (such as property addresses) to provide these services.

We use Lemonsqueezy for payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Lemonsqueezy according to their privacy policy and security standards.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here and on our website.

If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.

Limits Of Our Policy

Our platform may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

This includes third-party API services we integrate with to provide property and neighborhood data. While we carefully select our partners, we recommend reviewing their privacy policies as well.
